Q: What would you say is unique about Moore Martini Medical, our services or way of doing business?
A: I especially appreciate the personal service whereby individual Medicare claims are reviewed and edited in person or via FAX or e-mail. This new medical billing process can be very intimidating, but once you see the insurance payments deposited into your bank account you have learned the "game."
With each claim you also can see where improvements can be made in subsequent billing and MMM has been very proactive in identifying what seems to be a "moving target" with Medicare protocols.
Q. In what way did MMM add value to the services provided?
A: Additional income due to understanding billable surgical Medicare procedures within my dental practice. My eligible Medicare patients simply have less out-of-pocket expenses for much of their dentistry.
